Working:-

According to the circuit the sensor will sense the dryness of the soil. If the soil will be dry then it will give the signal to NE555 Timer and the ic will turn on the relay which is associated with DC Pump and pump will be on.
It will be turn on till the water does not reach to the sensor when the sensor will get the water and soil will be wet then pump will be turn off automatically.
